Job Summary

This role supports the execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns for product of Personal Care, with the objective of driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and market share growth. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the timely and effective rollout of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, in-store, events).
  • Coordinate with advertising, media, and creative agencies for campaign deliverables.
  • Support product launches including packaging development, sampling, and POSM.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
  • Work closely with sales and trade marketing to ensure in-store alignment with brand strategy.
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks including PR kits, sampling activities, and stock requisitions.
  • Liaise with procurement, production, and supply chain teams for product availability and execution timelines.
  • Plan and work within budget of assigned marketing campaign/projects. To prepare postmortem reports after each campaign to evaluate effectiveness and key learnings.
  • Support the reporting and decision-making process with data analysis and presentations.
  • Initiate and coordinate ad-hoc assignments, where required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a brand or marketing role, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Hardworking and willing to learn.
  • Able to work in a team and being independent.
