Job Description

We are looking for a Brand Executive / Senior Brand Executive to support the growth of So Tinge! Flavoured Sparkling Beverage. This role will be responsible for executing brand and marketing initiatives, supporting product launches, driving consumer engagement, and working closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Product R&D teams to deliver brand growth. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to support selected marketing initiatives for Spritzer Sparkling (Unflavoured) and gain exposure to HORECA channel development..

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute brand and marketing strategies to support business growth and brand positioning for So Tinge! Flavoured Sparkling Beverage.
  • Manage ATL, BTL, digital campaigns, promotions, sponsorships, and advertising initiatives.
  • Support product launches, promotional activities, packaging updates, and new product development projects in collaboration with the Product R&D team.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer, trade, competitor, and market insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution.
  • Work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Product R&D teams to support brand growth initiatives and business objectives.
  • Manage POSM development, delivery, and secondary display execution to strengthen brand visibility and in-market presence.
  • Oversee HORECA collaborations, sponsorships, roadshows, and on-ground activations.
  • Coordinate event operations including stocks, samples, assets, and site execution.
  • Identify collaboration, partnership, and sponsorship opportunities aligned with brand objectives.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of marketing spend.
  • Support marketing activities for Sparkling (Unflavoured), including events, activations, and campaigns, when required.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of marketing experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, beverage, or related industries.
  • Candidates may be considered for either Brand Executive or Senior Brand Executive level depending on experience and overall fit.
  • FMCG background is preferred.
  • Experience handling Food & Beverage brands is highly preferred.
  • Experience handling beverage brands will be an added advantage.
  • Experience managing consumer-facing brands and end-to-end marketing activities is preferred.
  • Exposure to the Malay consumer segment or experience marketing to the Malay consumer market is advantageous.
  • HORECA exposure is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
  • Experience working with Trade Marketing, Sales, Product R&D, agencies, and external partners.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and passionate with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Able to work within allocated budgets.
  • Willing to travel when required.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Team player with a strong brand ownership mindset.
