Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Senior Brand Executive.
What are the Job Responsibilities
- Supporting brand strategy and executing effective brand marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and equity
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns and all elements of consumer communication relating to brand responsibilities effectively (i.e. Branding, Packaging Design, Advertising Development & Production, Media Effectiveness, Consumer Promotions Sampling, POS Design and production).
- Liaise and work closely with creative, media, PR, digital agencies to design & successfully execute marketing campaigns on time in full
- Understand consumer and market comprehensively; (i.e. insight into consumer dynamics, able to represent the consumer view in all brand decisions and effectively understand the commercial environment). Able to conduct through business analysis and evaluation.
- Supporting new products developments and product renovation management of the NPD process.
- Prepare sales forecasts; monitor sales performance; and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the product.
- Achieve brand targets, specifically; (i.e responsible for achieving the goals set out in the budget for Marketing; deliver Marketing activity on time and to budget
- Responsible for contributing to the annual goals set out in the Budget.
What are the Qualifications
- Minimum Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of brand and product experience with FMCG industry is desirable.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in project management will be an added advantage
