Responsibilities:
Supports the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives to drive brand growth, awareness, and consumer engagement. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store platforms.
- Support brand activation activities, including promotions, events, sampling, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, and monitor consumer trends to provide insights for brand strategy development.
- Assist in the development of packaging, POSM, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and timely execution of plans.
- Track and analyze brand performance metrics (e.g., sales data, market share, campaign effectiveness), and support reporting.
- Manage administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including PO creation, budget tracking, and vendor coordination. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
