We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Brand Experience Manager. Reporting to the SVP, Brand & Digital Experiences, this contract position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our brand team and its growth.

Key responsibilities:

1. Digital Transformation Brand Execution

  • Lead the production of brand-approved client-facing messaging, communications, and assets for Vistra Digital migrations, market by market
  • Develop and maintain migration communication toolkits (onboarding journeys, welcome sequences, in-platform messaging)
  • Partner with Product and Client Experience teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints during transformation rollouts
  • Write or oversee marketing messaging for client onboarding journeys on Vistra Digital

2. Client Engagement & Advocacy Programme Marketing

  • Own the marketing and brand execution for the Progress Maker Program and future client engagement initiatives
  • Produce programme branding, event collateral, community content, and participant communications
  • Ensure programme materials reflect Vistra's brand positioning and reinforce thought leadership credentials
  • Support the creation of case studies, testimonials, and advocacy content from programme participants

3. Commercial & Sales Brand Enablement

  • Ensure all commercial-facing assets (pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, campaign materials) are consistent with brand narrative and positioning
  • Act as the brand review point for sales and commercial teams, providing guidance and approval on client-facing materials
  • Develop and maintain a library of brand-approved commercial templates and assets
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure local adaptations remain on-brand

4. Brand Governance Across Digital Platforms

  • Serve as the brand guardian for vistra.com and Vistra Digital, ensuring messaging, tone, visual identity, and content are consistent and current
  • Conduct regular brand audits across digital platforms and flag inconsistencies for resolution
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines as they apply to digital experiences and client-facing platforms
  • Work with UI/UX and Graphic Design teams to ensure brand standards are embedded in platform design and UX patterns

5. Cross-Functional Brand Integration

  • Act as the marketing and brand thread connecting Product, Client Experience, and Service Delivery
  • Attend cross-functional forums and represent the brand perspective in product roadmap discussions, client journey mapping, and service design
  • Proactively identify upcoming initiatives (product launches, service changes, market entries) that require brand-aligned communications or assets
  • Brief and coordinate with Content, UI/UX, and Graphic Design teams to deliver integrated outputs

7. Measurement & Optimisation

  • Track and report on brand consistency metrics across platforms and touchpoints
  • Monitor asset utilisation rates and gather feedback from commercial and client-facing teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve brand experience based on client feedback, NPS surveys, engagement data, and stakeholder input
  • Report on KPIs to the SVP, Brand and Digital Experience on a regular cadence

Key requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or digital experience roles within a B2B environment
  • Proven experience managing brand across digital platforms (websites, client portals, apps)
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or platform migration programmes from a brand or marketing perspective
  • Track record of working cross-functionally with product, commercial, and client experience teams
  • Experience in professional services, corporate services, financial services, or enterprise SaaS is highly desirable
  • Experience managing or coordinating client engagement or advocacy programmes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in brand management, digital marketing, or project management are advantageous but not required
