The Opportunity

This position works out of our Petaling Jaya, Malaysia location in the Nutrition Division.

Our nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, helping individuals live healthier lives through trusted brands and innovative solutions.

As the Senior Brand Manager, you will lead marketing initiatives that shape consumer experiences and deliver meaningful impact. You will drive both consumer and healthcare professional engagement, leveraging digital, social, and traditional marketing channels to build strong and trusted brands.

What You'll Work On

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market leadership.
  • Lead ATL & BTL campaigns, digital initiatives, influencer partnerships, and trade activations.
  • Manage product lifecycle including development, localization, pricing, and successful product launches.
  • Leverage CRM tools and digital analytics to generate insights and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical, regulatory, and external agencies to ensure effective execution and achievement of KPIs.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and ROI to drive business performance and market share growth.
  • Support product training and ensure all activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Nutrition/Dietetics, or related field.
  • Strong strategic thinking with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • 5–8 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or trade activation within healthcare or FMCG.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and influencer engagement.
  • Experience in nutrition or healthcare marketing is highly advantageous
