Purpose of role

The Senior Brand Manager SEAK (South East Asia & Korea) will support the overall strategic marketing vision of the Blackmores. This will include the efficient delivery and execution of key marketing initiatives, including Innovation development.

Responsibilities Included

  • Support in the development and execution of the Blackmores SEAK Vision and Strategy.
  • Support in the development and execution of SEAK Innovation & Communication plans that drive scale and excite consumers.
  • A focus on segment design and architecture, path to purchase, price and gross margin improvement and building scale of sub brands (where applicable) across markets.
  • Project Management of key Innovation programs
  • Leadership of global cross-functional teams to deliver innovation programs and actively business partner the markets.
  • Influence without authority across cultures and time-zones to deliver outcomes for the group
  • Engagement of Group Marketing to drive regional priorities, insights and requirements into their brand and innovation plans.
  • Be the Global business expert in SEAK markets and consumers
  • Project Management of SEAK innovation and communication programs

Who are you

  • Relevant Degree in Marketing or other equivalent qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in brand /product management, preferably in health, pharmacy or FMCG
  • Understanding of both Australian and International markets and their consumers.
  • High influencing skills and ability to build rapport, credibility and partner with stakeholders to deliver projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect trends to opportunities and to translate these into executable plans that can unlock growth across multiple markets
  • Demonstrates good insights generations and analytical skills to develop robust marketing strategies
  • Effective cross-functional team player to lead team discussion and planning for brand portfolio to ensure successful delivery of marketing-led initiatives.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen; understanding Blackmores strategies, as well as customer and consumer marketing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project Management. Knowledge in Power BI is an added advantage
