Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the overall B2C marketing strategy (lifestyle products) aligned with company goals and objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, ecomm, email, print, etc.). Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Enhance brand awareness and loyalty through innovative marketing initiatives.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various platforms (website, blog, social media, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media ads, etc.). Utilize data analytics to track and improve the performance of digital marketing efforts.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Monitor and report on the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.- Partnerships and Collaboration: Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
