We're Hiring Senior Business Analyst (Banking / Cybersecurity Exposure)
Location: Malaysia (Visa sponsored)
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Domain Preference: Banking (Retail / Corporate / Wealth / Payments / Risk / Digital)
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with strong enterprise experience and exposure to cybersecurity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Lead end-to-end business analysis activities (elicitation, documentation, validation, sign-off)
Translate business needs into functional & non-functional requirements
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows & acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder working sessions
Cybersecurity Exposure
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on threat mitigation & risk assessment initiatives
Support cybersecurity impact assessments & remediation plans
Contribute to GRC, vulnerability management & security policy initiatives
Project Delivery & Stakeholder Management
Act as liaison between business, technical teams & vendors
Support project planning, UAT coordination & deployment activities
Present solution options & impact assessments to stakeholders
Ensure quality delivery aligned with business objectives
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business / IT / Finance or related field
5+ years of Business Analyst experience in complex enterprise environments
Banking domain experience preferred
Exposure to security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), IAM, or cyber risk practices preferred
Strong understanding of SDLC & Agile methodologies
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel & PowerPoint
Preferred Skills
SQL / Data Analysis knowledge (advantage)
Agile/Scrum environment experience
Strong documentation & stakeholder management skills
Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Scrum, CISSP, CISM, Security+ are a plus
