Senior Business Analyst

Salesforce Senior Business Analyst supports in Salesforce project implementation. This includes developing a thorough understanding of the Client's requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Salesforce solution to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets/exceeds functional requirements. This position also assists/supports Business/Salesforce consultants in larger projects to build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to the adoption of the best solution.

1. Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

2. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are aligned with project objectives, business proposals, and organizational goals.

3. Lead requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, business process reviews, and solution design sessions using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

4. Perform business process analysis, including current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) state assessments, Fit/Gap analysis, and process improvement recommendations.

5. Provide strategic recommendations by aligning Salesforce capabilities with client business needs and industry best practices.

6. Work closely with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

7. Review and validate functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure completeness and business value.

8. Create, prioritize, and maintain user stories, epics, and backlog items in JIRA throughout the project lifecycle.

9. Define comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, while coordinating and supporting business users during testing.

10. Lead UAT activities, manage defect resolution with technical teams, and obtain business sign-off prior to deployment.

11. Coordinate release readiness activities, including training materials, user guides, release documentation, and post Go-Live support.

12. Facilitate end-user training sessions and changemanagement activities to ensure successful user adoption.

13. Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, business models, and other documentation to support project delivery and operational improvements.

14. Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively escalate concerns to the Project Manager and key stakeholders.

15. Work with project teams to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, project timelines, and client expectations.

16. Provide guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to junior Business Analysts and project team members.

17. Continuously enhance knowledge of Salesforce products, business analysis methodologies, and emerging technologies through professional certifications and learning initiatives.

18. Support pre-sales activities by participating in solution discussions, requirement discovery sessions, and proposal development when required.

19. Track project performance and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives across project delivery.

20. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout project engagements.

21. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in information systems management or equivalent practical experience.

2. Ability to speak and write in English & Bahasa Melayu fluently.

3. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail

4. Proven working experience in business consulting for IT Projects

5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

6. Experience in Agile Project Management method is a plus

7. 5-8 years of implementation or professional services experience at a SaaS company

8. Certification in Salesforce is a plus
