As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with delivery teams and global product teams to gather, analyze, refine, and prioritize product requirements. We are seeking a highly motivated problem-solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and strong critical-thinking abilities.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products that align with business objectives and customer needs. Previous experience in technical and data-related fields is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for product delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, business objectives, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement a short- to medium-term vision for the product or service, covering both customer-facing functionality and technical enhancements.
• Define and execute the product roadmap, manage the product backlog, and prioritize feature development based on business value, resource availability, and stakeholder needs.
• Facilitate effective collaboration among stakeholders, design teams, and development teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to agreed quality standards.
• Gather, evaluate, and prioritize input from various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, data science teams, and customers, to support informed product development decisions.
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities through market analysis, industry trend monitoring, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for new and enhanced product features.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and product management processes, with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience with relational databases; experience with Snowflake is preferred.
• Good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), along with SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and purpose-led, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
• Strong understanding of data and the ability to leverage insights to support informed decision-making and effective prioritization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, with the flexibility to work outside traditional business hours when required.
