Job Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible liaising between client users and the IT development project group in term of user requirement specification pertaining to business requirement.
- Facilitating analysis of business requirements with Project teams and Business Users, throughout the full development life cycle from project initiation through implementation and post-support.
- Prepare the functional and technical specifications, process flows and use-case diagrams.
- Prepare technical product documentation.
- Assists in preparing test cases and performing functional, acceptance and regression testing.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent, with at least 3 years relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Power BI / Tableau, MSSQL, Jira & Confluence.
- Pleasant, warm and cheerful personality with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- People centric with ability to work under pressure in a fast- paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in English (ability to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese would be beneficial).
*Salary range: RM4,000 - RM6,500
