Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for projects.
Analyze business needs and requirements to identify solutions that meet organizational goals.
Develop business cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
Perform data analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify trends.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum 38 years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services
Avaloq functional training & certification
Knowledge or experience in Avaloq Core Banking
