Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for projects.
  • Analyze business needs and requirements to identify solutions that meet organizational goals.
  • Develop business cases, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Perform data analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify trends.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
  • Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 38 years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services
  • Avaloq functional training & certification
  • Knowledge or experience in Avaloq Core Banking
