Senior Business Analyst

Job Description :

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to life insurance claims processing, policy servicing, and payouts.
• Work closely with claims, underwriting, and operations teams to streamline end-to-end claims workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT and system enhancement teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, policy terms, and internal control standards.
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating claim calculations, and resolving defects.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends, leakage, and process improvement opportunities.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
