About The Job

an individual contributor role focused on driving end-to-end business analysis for the insurance sales lifecycle. The role bridges business users and technology teams to translate core sales and servicing processes into clear functional requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement elicitation, analysis, functional design, documentation, and formal sign-offs.
• Translate core processes (lead management, underwriting, policy issuance, endorsements, commissions, and servicing) into user stories and process flows.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and impact analysis while proactively managing dependencies, risks, and functional alignment across business and IT teams.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT execution, defect triage, and post-production issue resolution.
  
  

Core Requirements

• 6–9 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience with exposure to Life, Health, or General Insurance sales processes.
• Expertise in process modeling, business requirements documentation, user story writing, and Agile delivery models.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Business. BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA) are a bonus.
