Role Description The Senior Business Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role is responsible for understanding client business models, gathering and documenting detailed business requirements, and translating them into effective ERP solutions using SMURPS. The Senior Business Analyst will analyze existing business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend process redesigns or system enhancements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops, preparing functional specifications and user stories, and working closely with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and implementation. The role also involves supporting testing activities, facilitating user training, and providing ongoing advisory support to help clients maximize the value of SMURPS.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Business Analysis and defining Business Requirements for technology solutions.
• Experience in mapping, optimizing, and documenting Business Processes.
• Clear and confident Communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and presentation abilities.
• Relevant experience with ERP or business systems implementation, ideally in SME environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience in requirements management tools, process modeling, or project coordination is an advantage.
