We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Business Analyst. Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Digital Product Management and its growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the gathering, analysis, and documentation of business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop business process models, data flow diagrams, use cases and business solutions to illustrate requirements.
  • Work closely with Product Manager, UIUX Design Team, Solution Architects, Technical Team and QA Team to deliver the cost-effective solutions.
  • Manage expectations and alignments between business needs and the proposed solutions.
  • Support testing activities by developing test cases, reviewing test results, and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Present findings and recommendations to Product Manager to improve system based on user feedbacks.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements specifications, process maps, and business cases especially for government statutory compliance and localization.
  • Provide information to Support Team (if needed).

Key requirements

  • Good in requirements analysis, system design (business solutions) and writing complete requirements documentation understandable by software developers, software testers and stakeholders.
  • Good in presenting business solutions to stakeholders to confirm user expectations and system design.
  • Team player, passionate for continuous learning, self-motivator, good analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
  • Good command in English, both spoken and written.
  • Possess good knowledge on Microsoft SQL would be an added advantage.
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or any related field.
  • At least 4 years experience in related field.
  • Prior working experience in the field of HR, Payroll and/or Time Management systems would be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira, Jira Product Discovery and Confluence is a plus.
