Role OverviewWeaver International is seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our team in delivering our Enterprise Digital Collaboration Platform.
In this role, you will take a more active ownership in end-to-end project delivery, including requirement analysis, solution design, system configuration, and client coordination. You will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Analyst, you will:
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops, translating business needs into functional specifications.
- Design and propose solution workflows and system configurations aligned with client requirements and best practices.
- Independently handle system configuration, testing, and deployment across project phases.
- Coordinate and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients, ensuring business requirements are fully validated.
- Participate in data migration planning and execution, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support go-live planning and execution, including user training and post-go-live stabilization.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Provide regular project updates and proactively manage risks and issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to long-term customer success.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Implementation, or related roles.
- Experience in enterprise software / SaaS / workflow systems implementation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and system design.
- Hands-on experience with SQL; basic knowledge of JavaScript or scripting is a plus.
- Familiarity with system integration, APIs, or data migration concepts is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex requirements into structured solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
Nice to Have- Experience in OA systems / BPM / ERP integration projects
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Huawei Cloud, etc.)
- Prior experience in client-facing or consulting roles
