The Senior Business Development Engineer is a high-visibility, dual-impact role designed to accelerate market share across Northern Malaysia while nurturing critical global accounts. It is an ideal opportunity for an energetic B2B sales professional ready to step into a leadership pipeline, influence ESG-driven corporate strategies, and manage complex, end-to-end industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth and secure strategic new business opportunities across Northern Malaysia.
  • Cultivate and expand global accounts in close alignment with international sales divisions.
  • Deliver consultative sales proposals featuring tailored packaging solutions and sustainable, eco-friendly materials.
  • Lead the entire project lifecycle seamlessly from initial consultation and quotation through to negotiation and final execution.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems effectively to optimize sales forecasting, pipeline management, and operations.
  • Champion corporate ESG initiatives by promoting green packaging alternatives to industrial clients.
  • Monitor regional cash flow and financial health while coaching and developing junior sales team members.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree, professional diploma, or an equivalent track record of success in corporate sales.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales management, with a distinct advantage given to backgrounds in industrial packaging or manufacturing logistics.
  • Demonstrated capability in structured planning, territory organization, and managing long-term client pipelines.
