Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in Business Development and/or Marketing.
* Minimum Diploma, or any degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
* Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skill both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, presentation skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
* Proactive and Solution-oriented approach
* Independent & self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new leads through calls, networking, events, and research.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Present and promote company services, highlighting value to clients.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close business deals.
* Prepare reports on sales activities, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
* Collaborate with internal teams, parent company, and subsidiaries to deliver solutions.
* Develop partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to spot new opportunities.
* Support strategy development and proposals for new business.
* Set goals, review performance, and implement improvements for business growth.
