Job Description
Drive business growth for Medical Device Management & Compliance services through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
Represent the organization as a trusted partner for medical device regulatory and certification solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration objectives
Support strategic initiatives aligned with medical device regulatory trends and industry needs
Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities related to medical device compliance, certification, and regulatory services
Promote key services including:
ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems
MDSAP (Medical Device Single Audit Program)
Regulatory compliance support (e.g. EU MDR, FDA, ASEAN regulations)
Supplier audits, technical documentation review, and lifecycle compliance services
Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with technical teams
Actively engage clients through meetings, follow‑ups, and account reviews to ensure long‑term partnership and retention
Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure accurate scope definition, pricing, and service delivery
Monitor market developments, regulatory updates, and competitor activity within the medical device industry
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop Medical Device campaigns and promotional content.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on sales activities.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on market trends and client needs.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals that maximize value for both the client and the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.

Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Biomedical, Life Sciences, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related discipline
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within medical device, regulatory, certification, or compliance‑related services
Experience interacting with medical device manufacturers, distributors, or importers
Exposure to certification bodies, notified bodies, testing/inspection organizations, or consulting firms is an advantage
Additional Information
Strong understanding of medical device regulations and quality management systems
Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDSAP, EU MDR, FDA 21 CFR, and/or ASEAN medical device regulations is preferred
Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into commercial solutions
Structured, proactive, and results‑driven mindset
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and multicultural teams
Experience in developing and executing business development strategies, from lead generation to contract closure.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to think strategically.
Ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams and effectively manage relationships.
