We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our Business Development team and spearhead initiatives that expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and deliver innovative healthcare solutions to corporate and expatriate communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in business planning, pricing strategies, and development of service packages.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, TPAs, and expatriate communities.
- Organize and support marketing programs to enhance brand awareness.
- Drive initiatives to improve patient journey and client loyalty.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
Requirements and Qualification
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry or business development roles will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
