Job Description:
1.Key Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts (e.g. Senheng, SenQ, TMT, Harvey Norman, and other partners).
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key account outlets.
- Understand customers business needs and provide timely solutions to strengthen partnerships.
2.Outlet Operations & Field Execution
- Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor daily operations, merchandising, product display, and sales execution.
- Ensure marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activities are implemented according to company standards.
- Identify operational issues and work closely with customers to drive timely resolution and follow-up.
3.Business Development
- Develop and execute business plans to grow sales and maximize account performance.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and propose initiatives to increase market share.
- Support the expansion of distribution and product penetration across assigned accounts.
4.Communication & Coordination
- Liaise closely with key account buyers, store personnel and internal departments.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, stock allocation, and campaign execution.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
5.Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, product availability, and promotional effectiveness.
- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activities through regular market visits.
- Prepare timely reports on account performance, outlet visits, sales analysis, and action plans.
6.Project & Retail Support
- Support retail projects, store openings, roadshows, exhibitions, and company events when required.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by the immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales, preferably in the consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail industry
- Degree in business development, sales, marketing or equivalent.
- Knowledge of market research and sales.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese due to business needs.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to assigned area including outstation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
