Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development professional to drive client acquisition, manage key accounts, and grow revenue through strategic partnerships and consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new clients through networking, prospecting, and market research.
  • Drive business growth across B2B Sales Services, Contact Centre Solutions, Inside Sales, Programmatic Digital Marketing, and Integrated Marketing Services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Apply a consultative solution-selling approach tailored to client needs.
  • Lead commercial and scope negotiations while protecting mutual business interests.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Procurement teams.
  • Conduct account mapping and opportunity identification to grow existing accounts.
  • Drive client retention, account growth, and long-term partnerships.
  • Manage client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Performance & Internal Collaboration

  • Achieve revenue, gross margin, and service mix targets.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between clients and internal delivery teams.
  • Manage account governance, documentation, and supplier compliance requirements.
  • Support payment follow-ups and improve payment turnaround time (TAT).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design effective client solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Technology Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Dynamic, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
