Titanium Synergy is a technology integration company specialising in commercial displays, LED display systems, digital signage, CMS software and services, self-ordering kiosks, AV solutions (CCTV and audio), POS hardware and accessories, as well as retail and F&B technology solutions.

We partner with regional and international brands to deliver end-to-end, project-based solutions from consultation and system design to installation, commissioning, and long-term support.

Titanium Synergy operates across Malaysia and Southeast Asia, with project exposure in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Brunei, supporting both single-site and multi-country rollouts.

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and strategic account acquisition.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role, focused on B2B solution and project-based sales, not retail or transactional selling. You will work closely with internal technical and project teams to close mid- to large-scale opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new B2B opportunities in retail, F&B, corporate, and commercial sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, end-users, consultants, contractors, and partners
  • Work with internal teams to design and propose appropriate products/services/solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business cases
  • Achieve agreed revenue targets and pipeline KPIs
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasts
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing dynamics

Requirements

  • Minimum 58 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record in solution selling or project-based sales
  • Experience in digital signage, LED display, AV, IT systems, retail technology, or related industries with relevant and related experice is a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable engaging mid- to senior-level decision-makers
  • Self-driven, structured, and performance-oriented
  • Willing to travel locally and oversia (regional exposure is a plus)
  • Proficient in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
