- Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities within the F&B sector.
- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain updated records of client interactions, business pipeline, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Analyze market trends, competitor data, and site readiness to support business strategies and decision-making.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within the F&B industry.
- Strong network and experience in approaching F&B caf/pastry chains is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record in client account management and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to analyze market data, competitor insights, and site feasibility.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with F&B market trends and dynamics.
