Senior Business Development Manager – F&B

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth for Malaysia and Singapore. You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, managing key accounts, identifying market opportunities, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and HORECA channels. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and deep understanding of the F&B sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Manage key accounts, distributors, and channel partners across modern trade, retail, and HORECA.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and product launches.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to drive sales campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform business strategies.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 810 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the F&B sector.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Strong knowledge of F&B channels, consumer trends, and competitor landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the region as required.
