You will operate with the autonomy of a business owner, backed by the resources of a global brand, with a clear, fast-track pathway to becoming the Head of New Business Development.
What You Will Do (The Mission)You will own the full A-Z sales cycle, serving as a strategic partner to large enterprises, GLCs, and MNCs in Malaysia.
Be the Engine, Not the Passenger: You won't rely on inbound marketing leads. Instead, you will proactively prospect, network, and hunt for new logos to build a robust pipeline from scratch.
Total Ownership: From the first cold call to the final contract signatureand even coordinating the training deliveryyou manage the entire client journey.
High-Level Consulting: You aren't just selling products; you are conducting discovery meetings with HR Directors and C-Suite leaders to diagnose gaps and co-create impactful learning solutions.
Regional Collaboration: While your focus is Malaysia, you will collaborate with our APAC teams (Singapore, HK, China) and have the opportunity to target regional accounts.

Proven B2B Sales Experience: You have a track record of closing enterprise deals and are comfortable managing 36 month sales cycles.
Prospecting DNA: You don't wait for the phone to ring. You are active on LinkedIn, at networking events, and in the market.
Autonomous Operator: You thrive in an environment where you manage your own schedule and strategy. You don't need hand-holding; you need a target and the space to hit it.
Language Skills: Fluent English is required. Basic conversational Mandarin is a strong advantage for managing regional clients (China/HK/Taiwan).
