Job Responsibilities
Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities across Malaysia, especially within logistics, import/export and cross-border trade sectors
Acquire and manage clients through door-to-door outreach, field visits and business networking
Build partnerships with logistics companies, freight forwarders, importers/exporters and other B2B trade ecosystem players
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers, effectively communicating the features and benefits of XTransfer's cross-border payment solutions
Represent XTransfer at national trade shows, conferences and industry events
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Travel within Malaysia to meet clients on-site
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
35 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or cross-border trade sectors
Fluent in Malay, English and Chinese
Prior experience engaging clients from import/export, shipping, or logistics industries is an advantage
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
High emotional intelligence, empathy and customer service mindset
Self-driven, goal-oriented, adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
