Senior Business Development Manager

We are hiring for our esteemed client based in Bandar Baru Bangi with salary up to RM8,000 - RM10,000 for halal frozen meat and non-meat based products industry company

Job description Responsibilities:

Implementation and deliver of all Sales & Distribution strategies of the Company.

Responsible to lead the team towards achieving the agreed Company's set annual Sales,

Market Share and Profitability objectives.

Experience in Distributor management or General trade and FMCG business is preferable. Demonstrate capability to define customer and channel requirements for growth, and extend product portfolio with existing customers

Work across functional teams and collaborate across business to facilitate a cohesive approach to the marketing of company products

Initiate or develop strategies, plans and proposal of effective promotion that meet the customer's need.

To perform other related duties from time to time

Essential Experience/Skill/Knowledge:

Experienced Account Manager in FMCG or Food Service background.

Customer development experience in a supervisory role.

Good understanding of the Malaysian Food Service market.

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the Food Service Industry.

Experience/Skill/Knowledge: - Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration disciplines is preferred. - Passion for Growth: to demonstrate a Can-Do attitude and leadership to reach outstanding growth levels, able to gain team commitment: to demonstrate high effectiveness in Team Leadership. - Change Catalyst: To initiate and drive necessary changes. - Strong selling and influencing skills. - Good communication skills. - Strong Interpersonal skills. - 50% of traveling time is required
