Senior Business Development Manager Oracle Fusion

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead sales and business development efforts for Oracle Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise someone who can understand client challenges, demonstrate impactful solutions, and close enterprise deals. You will play a key role in helping organisations overcome compliance requirements, complex processes, and high service-level expectations to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle Fusion ERP solutions across industries including manufacturing, retail, finance, logistics, and services
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored Fusion solutions
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to key stakeholders
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and quotes that align with client needs and business objectives
- Collaborate with internal technical, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with IT heads, key decision-makers, and C-level executives as a strategic partner and Oracle Fusion thought leader
- Drive consistent pipeline growth and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline status, and forecasted opportunities in CRM systems
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan with full territory and sector coverage
- Lead go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with internal marketing specialists
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging ERP technologies
- Contribute to account planning, market analysis, and strategy sessions
- Mentor and provide direction to team members while delivering strong individual performance
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in ERP/Oracle Fusion sales, pre-sales, or business development
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications including ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, Financials, Procurement, Projects, Risk Management, EPM, and Analytics
- Proven ability to translate technical requirements into business value
- Experience selling ERP solutions across manufacturing, retail, finance, or logistics sectors
- Track record of managing mid-market and enterprise-level client relationships
- Demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment with consistent quota achievement
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Experience with business analytics, AI, or Gen AI solutions is an added advantage
