Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  3. Build and maintain a healthy, sustainable sales pipeline.
  4. Achieve individual revenue, conversion, and growth targets.
  5. Uplift team capability through role-plays, pitch reviews, and deal coaching.
  6. Own, build, manage, and forecast the sales pipeline.
  7. Ensure deal quality by securing the right clients, margins, and scope.
  8. Track and report key sales KPIs including leads, conversion rates, deal value, and win rates.
  9. Proactively identify risks, flag issues early, and course-correct quickly.
  10. Act as the primary commercial owner for assigned strategic accounts.
  11. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  12. Deeply understand client needs and propose relevant, value-driven solutions.
  13. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities.
  14. Ensure commercial alignment on scope, pricing, and expectations.
  15. Support contract renewals, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
  16. Facilitate smooth collaboration between clients and internal delivery teams.
  17. Contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies and plans.
  18. Lead and support pitch presentations and proposal development.
  19. Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure pitch readiness and strong client solutions.
  20. Own win/loss analysis and continuously improve sales and pitch effectiveness.
  21. Stay up to date on industry trends, market movements, and competitor activity.
  22. Identify new market opportunities and potential service or product offerings.
  23. Gather and provide client feedback to support continuous business and service improvement.
  24. Represent the company at industry events, partnerships, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Business Development or Sales (agency or related industries preferred).
  2. Proven track record in closing mid- to high-value deals.
  3. Experience leading or mentoring a sales/BD team.
  4. Strong pitching, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
  5. Commercially sharp with strong margin and pricing awareness.
  6. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
  7. Wide connections to MNCs, GLCs, and Medium Enterprise companies related preferred.
