What You Do
Data Collection & Management
- Clean up and validate data from multiple source
- Maintain databases and dashboards to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Create, maintain and track standard reports, KPI and dashboards
- Generate regular business insights on sales performance
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from stakeholders
Insights & Analysis
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns and growth opportunities
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance) to provide data-driven insights.
- Support senior BI & Insights colleagues in preparing presentations for leadership teams
- Communicate findings in a clear, structured, and visually impactful way
Tools & Process Improvement
- Utilize BI tools (eg., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Excel) for reporting and visualization
- Assist in improving existing processes, reports, and data systems to increase efficiency.
- Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and methodologies in data analytics
Who You Are
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology with 3-5 years working experience
- Advanced Excel user, must be proficient in complex formula combinations (Power pivot/power query/XLOOKUP, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with big data analysis, Power BI (compulsory) or SQL (preferred)
- Fast learner, able to multitask and work under tight timelines
- Requires minimal supervision and able to work independently
- Attention to details, a good team player and excellent analytical/numerical skills
