Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize business operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR teams to manage HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track operational performance.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on operational goals.
- Assist in the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational workflows.
- Support project management initiatives related to business operations and HR functions.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge of Business Operations principles and practices.
- Proven experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other operational tools.
- Project management experience, including familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations with a focus on HR Operations.
- Certifications in HR or Project Management are a plus.
