Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Executes MRO and categories purchase strategies through procurement policy process.
- Develop and implement category strategies for indirect spend.
- Consolidate and bundle spend to leverage economies of scale and improve cost competitiveness.
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier evaluation.
- Supplier Relationship Management, Conduct supplier performance reviews (QBRs).
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and NDAs.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and governance. Maintain documentation and audit readiness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, IT, Finance, Operations and global teams.
- Align procurement initiatives with business and operational objectives to ensure Procure-to-Pay Policy.
Qualification & Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 8 years procurement experience, preferably in Electrical & Electronics manufacturing
- Proven experience managing indirect spend categories.
- Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
- Experience handling regional or multi-site sourcing is an advantage.
- Ability to work positively with the supply base and potentially multiple organizations internally
- Demonstrated problem solving, ability to learn new technologies and processes as it relates to procurement. Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Creates a continuous learning and developing environment to get the most efficient and effective total work systems.
