Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Executes MRO and categories purchase strategies through procurement policy process.
  • Develop and implement category strategies for indirect spend.
  • Consolidate and bundle spend to leverage economies of scale and improve cost competitiveness.
  • Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier evaluation.
  • Supplier Relationship Management, Conduct supplier performance reviews (QBRs).
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, service agreements, and NDAs.
  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and governance. Maintain documentation and audit readiness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration with Engineering, Maintenance, IT, Finance, Operations and global teams.
  • Align procurement initiatives with business and operational objectives to ensure Procure-to-Pay Policy.

Qualification & Competencies:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 8 years procurement experience, preferably in Electrical & Electronics manufacturing
  • Proven experience managing indirect spend categories.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
  • Experience handling regional or multi-site sourcing is an advantage.
  • Ability to work positively with the supply base and potentially multiple organizations internally
  • Demonstrated problem solving, ability to learn new technologies and processes as it relates to procurement. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creates a continuous learning and developing environment to get the most efficient and effective total work systems.
