Job Description:
1.Strategic Ecosystem Design
- Refine Seller Strategy: Lead the evolution of our seller management framework to ensure a healthy, competitive, and sustainable ecosystem.
- Segmentation & Prioritization: Develop sophisticated seller segmentation models based on data-driven insights.
- Resource Mapping: Align organizational resources (human and financial) to the highest-impact seller segments to ensure optimal ROI.
2. Operational Excellence & Efficiency
- Model Operationalization: Transition theoretical strategies into live operational models. You will be responsible for defining the how behind seller engagement.
- Cost Optimization: Constantly audit and refine management models to ensure we are achieving the highest yield return at the most optimized cost-per-seller.
- Yield Management: Monitor performance metrics to ensure that shifts in management styles (e.g., moving a seller from high-touch to light-touch) result in continued growth.
3. Innovation in Mass Management
- Light-Touch & Mass Models: Design and pilot new initiatives specifically for our mid-tail and long-tail sellers.
- Funnel Optimization: Drive the Mass Management Funnel, ensuring sellers are successfully onboarded, nurtured, and retained through scalable digital interventions.
- Product & Tool Adoption: Partner with Product and Tech teams to deploy automated initiatives that reduce manual workload while increasing seller self-sufficiency.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business analyst related roles analyzing large data sets and informing company strategy
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Software, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, Knowledge in SQL is a plus
- Experience in logistics, delivery, or ecommerce in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment is a plus
- Problem solver: When dealing with complex business problems, you are ready to solve them. You are able to assess the problem, find a creative and effective solution, and employ the tactics and tools to resolve the situation in a timely manner
- Scalable solutioning: you are able to think and plan ahead, building out scalable information systems/dashboards for the team to utilize for day-to-day business decisions.
