Role Overview
We are seeking a Change Management professional to support and lead change management activities across both internal transformation initiatives and customer projects. The role focuses on enabling successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working by ensuring stakeholders are engaged, informed, and prepared for change.
You will work closely with project teams, business leaders, and customers to design and execute change strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and sustained usage.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and support Change Management activities for internal and customer-facing transformation projects
- Develop change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication plans
- Conduct change impact assessments and change readiness assessments
- Support leadership engagement and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Develop communication materials (emails, presentations, FAQs, announcements)
- Work with project teams to integrate change activities into project plans
- Support training and user adoption activities in collaboration with project teams
- Track adoption progress and provide change effectiveness updates
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Act as Change Management advisor to project teams and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in Change Management, Transformation, or Consulting roles
- Certification in Change Management (CCMP, Prosci, ACMP or equivalent) is an advantage
- Experience supporting ERP, digital transformation, or system implementation projects preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Consulting mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with both internal teams and external customers
