About the role

We are hiring a Senior Client Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of client engagements across our regional portfolio. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role you will be the operational backbone that keeps complex, multi-stakeholder projects moving on time and within scope.

You will act as the judgment layer between clients and the business. Not a relay. A decision-maker who knows when to resolve, when to redirect, and when to escalate and has the professional maturity to do each with confidence.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • End-to-end project delivery for mall operator clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam, and Malaysia
  • Primary coordination across three independent external parties per engagement: the client (mall management team), CRM vendor, and app development vendor each with their own PM and priorities
  • Internal stakeholder alignment across Business Development, Technical Product Management, Field Technician Lead, and Account Management
  • Client communication handling feedback, pushback, scope requests, and escalations with professionalism and independent judgment
  • Project visibility and structured reporting via Jira Work Management
  • Proactive risk identification surface blockers early, resolve what you can at your level, escalate only what genuinely requires senior input
  • BD-to-PM handoff management audit commitments made during the sales process and flag gaps before they become delivery problems

WHAT YOU WILL NOT BE DOING

  • Deep technical implementation or architecture discussions
  • Managing a team in Year 1 this role is designed as a full-ownership IC position initially

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience

  • 58 years of project management experience, ideally in retail tech, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology
  • Proven track record managing multi-vendor, multi-stakeholder delivery environments not just internal projects
  • Experience serving large-scale corporate clients; mall operator or property tech background is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with the full delivery lifecycle from post-sales handoff through to go-live and stabilisation

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Able to hold a professional line with clients redirecting, declining, or reframing requests without damaging the relationship
  • Knows when to resolve independently, when to redirect to the right stakeholder, and when to escalate and acts accordingly without prompting
  • Can absorb client frustration and pushback without escalating prematurely
  • Not a relay brings judgment, not just transmission

Technical Literacy

  • Working understanding of APIs and data pipelines sufficient to have informed conversations with clients and vendors without needing the TPM on every call
  • Does not need to be an engineer, but must not be technically illiterate
  • Fluent in modern PM tooling (Jira or equivalent); able to manage multiple concurrent projects with structure and visibility

Communication & Language

  • English client-grade written and spoken proficiency (mandatory)
  • Mandarin written and spoken proficiency (mandatory); required for HK and Macau client engagements
  • Cantonese conversational proficiency (bonus; beneficial for HK/Macau client relationships)

Ways of Working

  • Genuinely async-capable comfortable managing regional stakeholders across SG, HK, Macau, VN without needing to be in the same room
  • Self-directed does not need daily supervision to stay oriented and on top of multiple concurrent projects
  • Comfortable in a scaling company environment process exists, but things evolve; you should be able to contribute to that evolution

Pay Range (all-inclusive):

RM130,000 - RM190,000/annum

Interview Stages (Fully online):

1) HR Screen Round: 30mins - 1hour

2) COO Interview Round: 1.5hours

3) CEO Round: 30mins - 45mins
