INFLUASIA is hiring a Senior Client Manager a sales-driven role. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering impactful advertising and content solutions across our leading digital media platforms: World of Buzz, Lobak Merah, and Noodou. Role Description
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with advertisers, brands, and agencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent client servicing and communication.
- Understand client objectives, industry trends, and challenges to provide tailored media solutions.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands and agencies.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of media, branded content, and campaign solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by creating impactful proposals that align with client needs.
Account Strategy & Solution Delivery
- Work with internal teams (content, social media, creative, and campaign management) to design and execute innovative advertising campaigns.
- Translate client briefs into strategic proposals with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, addressing issues promptly and ensuring client satisfaction.
Financial & Contract Management
- Manage account budgets, pricing negotiations, and profitability while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Lead contract discussions, renewals, and agreements with clients.
- Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on revenue achievements to management.
Client Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver regular campaign reports and performance reviews to clients.
- Use data and insights to optimize campaigns, improve outcomes, and strengthen client relationships.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with internal teams across sales, marketing, content, and operations to deliver client success.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering growth and development.
Industry Knowledge & Thought Leadership
- Stay ahead of digital media, advertising, and influencer marketing trends.
- Represent Influasia at industry events and forums, positioning the company as a trusted media partner.
- Share market insights and recommendations with clients to strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Experience in leading digital marketing and influencer campaigns
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
- Provides strategic advice to clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience in the media industry is a plus
