Job Description

INFLUASIA is hiring a Senior Client Manager a sales-driven role. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering impactful advertising and content solutions across our leading digital media platforms: World of Buzz, Lobak Merah, and Noodou. The ideal candidate must be passionate about media, digital marketing, and brand partnerships, with a proven track record in sales with similar industry.

Role Description

  1. Client Relationship Management
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with advertisers, brands, and agencies.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring excellent client servicing and communication.
  4. Understand client objectives, industry trends, and challenges to provide tailored media solutions.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities with brands and agencies.
  2. Drive upselling and cross-selling of media, branded content, and campaign solutions.
  3. Achieve and exceed sales targets by creating impactful proposals that align with client needs.

Account Strategy & Solution Delivery

  1. Work with internal teams (content, social media, creative, and campaign management) to design and execute innovative advertising campaigns.
  2. Translate client briefs into strategic proposals with clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
  3. Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, addressing issues promptly and ensuring client satisfaction.

Financial & Contract Management

  1. Manage account budgets, pricing negotiations, and profitability while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  2. Lead contract discussions, renewals, and agreements with clients.
  3. Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on revenue achievements to management.

Client Reporting & Analytics

  1. Deliver regular campaign reports and performance reviews to clients.
  2. Use data and insights to optimize campaigns, improve outcomes, and strengthen client relationships.

Collaboration & Leadership

  1. Partner with internal teams across sales, marketing, content, and operations to deliver client success.
  2. Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering growth and development.

Industry Knowledge & Thought Leadership

  1. Stay ahead of digital media, advertising, and influencer marketing trends.
  2. Represent Influasia at industry events and forums, positioning the company as a trusted media partner.
  3. Share market insights and recommendations with clients to strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in leading digital marketing and influencer campaigns
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
  • Provides strategic advice to clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Experience in the media industry is a plus
