The Senior Client Operations Officer of Settlements team in the Custody Bank is responsible for processing and reporting with accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions. This role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Client Operations Officer will execute daily operations, implement process improvements, and maintain high standards of service delivery to clients. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of trade settlement processes and custody services.
Working hours: 4:00pm to 1:00am MYT

What will you do
As a Senior Client Operations Officer, you will:
- Migrating a new fund or client into CACEIS or out from CACEIS
- Realign securities from one location to another location
- Possibility to manage security static setup that is necessary for security transfers
- Application criteria
Starting date 02/06/2025 Position with management No Minimum level of study Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent Training / Specialization Tertiary educated with relevant background.
- Well-versed with trade settlement flow, reporting and settlements market operation
- In-depth understanding of ICSD, America, and European market requirements of settlements
- Good command in English with ability to understand non-native English speakers
- Confidence in dealing with mid to senior stakeholders (from Assistant Managers to Senior Managers) in discussion of migration projects
Minimum experience level 0-2 years IT tools
- Good understanding of Globe application
- In-depth understanding of ICSD, America, and European market requirements of settlements
