Job Function
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships with brands and media agencies. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, delivering strategic digital advertising and influencer marketing solutions that align with clients business objectives. The Senior Client Partner will lead business development initiatives, oversee key client relationships, and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional campaign performance and long-term partnership success.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with brands and agency partners, serving as the trusted advisor for senior stakeholders.
- Provide consultative digital advertising and influencer marketing solutions tailored to clients business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver successful client campaigns.
- Develop strategic sales proposals and presentations using market insights, trends, and case studies.
- Monitor account performance, provide regular reports, and recommend opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure a high standard of client service and implement best practices in account management.
- Lead senior client meetings, provide updates on Innity's products and industry developments, and educate clients on digital marketing best practices.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent working experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, media sales, digital advertising, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, social media, influencer marketing, KOC, affiliate marketing, and event marketing.
- Proven track record of managing senior client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic, proactive, and customer-focused with a collaborative mindset.
