Position Overview
A reputable multinational organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic client relationships and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful service delivery and long-term business growth. This role will focus on strengthening partnerships, overseeing account performance, and identifying opportunities to expand value for key customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary strategic contact for assigned key accounts, fostering strong executive-level relationships and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end account performance, ensuring contractual commitments, service levels, and deliverables are met or exceeded.
- Develop account strategies, including growth plans, performance metrics, and engagement roadmaps to support long-term partnership success.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, supply chain, finance, quality, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders to drive timely resolution of issues and smooth program transitions.
- Monitor key account indicators, customer satisfaction metrics, and overall account health.
- Identify opportunities for value enhancement, cost optimization, and service improvements to strengthen competitive positioning.
- Support commercial discussions including pricing reviews, contract negotiations, renewals, and business expansions.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and replacement opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Lead or support Quarterly Business Reviews and ongoing performance governance discussions with customers.
- Partner with leadership and HR to ensure the account team is appropriately structured, motivated, and capable of delivering high performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in client relationship management, account management, program management, or business development within a complex organization.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting negotiations and growth initiatives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
