Engineering & Commissioning Manager Power Plant (Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Engineering & Commissioning Manager to lead engineering and project commissioning for power plant project. This role combines strategic HQ responsibilities with onsite presence in East Malaysia during key project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (C&S, M&E, E&I) in project commissioning.
- Oversee integration of control systems (DCS/PLC) and plant-wide automation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and compliant with environmental, safety, and anti-bribery regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure seamless project integration.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical and leadership growth.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (BEM), MIEM, and ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE) registration.
- 13+ years of experience in power generation projects (gas/coal fired) or industrial plant projects.
- Strong DCS/PLC and instrumentation expertise with hands-on commissioning experience.
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex project execution.
