Senior Consultant

As a Senior Associate, you will assist in delivering client projects focusing on HR transformation, change management, culture, organization design, and workforce analytics. Your role includes collecting and analyzing workforce data, supporting client workshops, preparing presentations and reports, contributing to change management plans, and collaborating with team members to ensure project milestones are met. You will work closely with Managers to learn and support multiple project workstreams, contributing directly to client success.

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in human capital, HR consulting, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret workforce data and develop insights.
  • Basic project management skills with the ability to manage tasks and deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as talent management, organizational design, or change management is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Enthusiastic learner aiming to grow professionally in workforce transformation.

Manager

As a Manager, you will lead a team of problem solvers helping solve complex business

issues from strategy through execution. You will grow and add value to your client portfolio

through projects in HR Transformation, Change Management, Leadership, Culture,

Organization Design, Workforce Transformation, and People Analytics. Your

responsibilities will include leading client engagements, managing teams for timely and

quality delivery, defining strategies and roadmaps aligned to business needs, maintaining

stakeholder communications, driving sales cycles, supporting practice development,

mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring the use of best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex, dynamic environments with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven project leadership handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human capital domain, preferably with consulting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing, coaching, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Collaborative within diverse and inclusive teams.
  • Able to work independently and lead projects or large streams of work.
  • Good knowledge across HR/workforce capabilities such as HR Transformation, change management, leadership, organization design.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
