What would you do
- Oversee AI-assisted content creation across in-app journeys—designing prompts, guardrails, and workflows that ensure the AI produces clear, user-centric, and on-brand copy.
- Act as the quality gatekeeper by reviewing and refining AI-generated Chinese and English content for accuracy, usability, cultural relevance, and regulatory alignment—rather than manually writing every line.
- Collaborate with Product Designers, PMs, and Researchers to ensure AI-generated content supports seamless, modern user experiences and scales efficiently across features.
- Build and maintain content frameworks, taxonomies, and governance models, ensuring consistency across the product while enabling faster iterations with AI.
- Develop and train custom AI/ML language models on tone, style guides, financial terminology, and compliance standards to improve output quality over time.
- Partner with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure generated content consistently meets BNM regulatory requirements, translating rules into AI-friendly constraints and checks.
- Set up continuous improvement loops by analysing content performance, identifying gaps in AI output, and optimizing prompts, datasets, and workflows for better accuracy and UX.
- Lead internal education on AI-assisted writing, enabling designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to effectively use AI tools while maintaining brand voice and quality.
Who should join us
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX writing, product content, or related roles—fintech or regulated industries preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product copy, microcopy, and user journey flows.
- Ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into simple, user-friendly language.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and experience collaborating cross-functionally.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese proficiency required; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
