Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation, editing, and localization of high-quality content in both English and Mandarin Chinese for internal and external communications, including social media, website copy, campaigns, video scripts, forum content, and marketing materials
- Develop content strategies and messaging frameworks aligned with branding, marketing objectives, and regional business goals
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, financial markets, and audience insights to produce engaging and accurate content
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand identity across multiple markets
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee end-to-end translation and localization processes, including request management, quality control, stakeholder coordination, and delivery timelines
- Review and refine content produced by external vendors, translators, or junior team members to maintain content quality and brand standards
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve content effectiveness, user engagement, and operational workflows
Skills & Experience That WOW Us:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, content marketing, communications, or marketing operations
- Exceptional command of English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken), with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and regions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across regional or global teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization
- Strategic and proactive mindset with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines
- Prior exposure to the CFD, fintech, trading, or financial services industry is highly preferred
