Senior Content Specialist - Mandarin Speaker (Hybrid Mode) Igaming Industry
Basic Salary Range: RM 4,000 - RM 6,500
Location: Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize FastTrack CRM by creating content that enhances customer experience and performance.
- Develop effective content strategies to boost performance and improve customer retention.
- Collaborate with teams to create tactical content for emails, notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Assist in providing content guidelines to support Business and Operations teams.
- Analyze and optimize content and communication channel performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
Requirements:
Must have:
- Degree level or above. Proficient in English, Chinese (verbal, written & read).
- Minimum 2 years experience working in the same company.
- Proven experience in SEO and/or developing content strategy in the IT/digital product or similar industry.
- Fast learner and good project management.
- Strong analytical skill, data-driven in decision making.
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
- HTML knowledge would be an advantage.
