We are looking for an experienced Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean Six Sigma, process efficiency, lead-time reduction and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC and Kaizen projects.
- Drive process efficiency, lead time reduction and waste elimination.
- Facilitate Kaizen events including VSM, 5S and Standard Work.
- Coach teams on Root Cause Problem Solving, 8D and 5-Why.
- Support MSA, GR&R, SPC and statistical analysis activities.
- Track Continuous Improvement projects, KPIs and financial benefits.
- Develop and maintain Standard Work Instructions and process documentation.
- Work closely with Quality, Operations and Engineering teams.
- Support the use of AI and data analytics for Continuous Improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green certification.
- Minimum 4 years experience in Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma within manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with DMAIC and Kaizen projects.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, precision or industrial manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of Minitab / JMP, SPC and MSA / GR&R.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
