Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Contract Executive based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Contract Executive will oversee the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts and agreements. Responsibilities include contract review, risk assessment, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing contract disputes. The role also entails close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects and services.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in contract review, preparation, and negotiation
- Proficiency in compliance management and risk assessment practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to resolve contract-related issues effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including contract management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of contract and commercial law principles
- Experience in the oil, gas, or energy industry will be considered an advantage
