The Senior Creative Designer is responsible for leading the visual direction and execution of all brand and marketing materials across the group's restaurants, hotels, and event spaces. The role translates marketing strategies into compelling creative assets across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and strong brand identity across all touchpoints.
THE JOBSCOPE
- Develop high-quality creative materials for digital and print platforms, including social media assets, menus, flyers, posters, and marketing collateral.
- Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns to drive engagement, awareness, and brand visibility.
- Support campaign rollouts with end-to-end design execution, from concept to final production.
- Provide creative input for photoshoots, content production, and brand activations where required.
- Work across multiple brands, adapting design direction to reflect each brand's identity while maintaining overall group consistency.
- Act as brand guardian to ensure all visual outputs align with brand guidelines and uphold brand integrity across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams to translate campaign strategies into compelling visual executions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Liaise with printers, vendors, and external creatives to ensure accurate and quality production of materials.
- Maintain organised file management and version control for all creative assets.
- Stay updated on design trends, digital content formats, and industry best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to develop marketing materials for both digital and print platforms.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.
